The Makovicka Difference

We are leaders in our profession, locally owned and operated by physical therapists who forge relationships with patients, and advocate for their care. All of our clinics have board-certified specialists on staff, meaning you get the highest level of care to maximize your recovery, and get you back to your game. We will listen, evaluate your symptoms, and create a personalized physical therapy program to meet your needs and improve your function, strength, and mobility.

Makovicka Physical Therapy Marketing and Community Engagement staff formalized a philanthropy program to engage employees more deeply in the communities where our clinics are located.  Makovicka Cares! is an employee-driven and supported program.  Each Friday, staff are welcome to wear jeans in the clinic and pay $5 for the privilege. The funds grow to $500, and at that time a nonprofit organization is selected from the employee nominated suggestions. The staff member making the nomination goes with the marketing team to present the check to the agency.

All staff members are welcome to make the nomination which is selected by a committee. The donation must serve a local nonprofit with a health and human service focus. It is anticipated that 2 to 4 donations will be made each year.
