Scott Keenan


Scott was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, where he graduated from Omaha Roncalli High School. He then attended the University of Nebraska-Omaha where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Scott was a Graduate Research/Teaching Assistant in the Biomechanics Laboratory at the University of Nebraska-Omaha while completing his Master’s degree. He then went on to attend Creighton University where he received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Scott completed an Orthopedic Residency through Creighton University, and is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Scott is an American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) Scott is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Nebraska Physical Therapy Association and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Ashley Loontjer

Ashley Loontjer


Ashley grew up in Holdrege, Nebraska. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Doane College, Masters in Athletic Training from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Creighton University. She was a member of the basketball team while at Doane College. When Ashley is not in the clinic, she enjoys playing sand volleyball, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family. Ashley is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Nebraska Physical Therapy Association and the National Athletic Training Association.

Riley Rischling


Riley was born in Grand Island, Nebraska and grew up in Bennington, Nebraska where he attended Bennington High School. Riley went on to play football for Morningside College where he received his Bachelor in Biology. Riley received his Doctor Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Riley is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is also a member of the APTA, NPTA and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Riley enjoys golfing in his free time.

Emily Jones


Emily was born and raised in Laurel, Nebraska. After graduating from high school, she attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln where she was a member of the Husker volleyball team. She then attended Wayne State College where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. Emily then moved to Omaha where she attended Clarkson College and obtained her Associate of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant degree. While at Clarkson, she was the recipient of the Academic Excellence Award. Emily is a current member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Nebraska Physical Therapy Association. She also assists with a PTA mentoring program.

Jayce was born in Gallup, New Mexico and grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. He attended Pinnacle High School where he participated in Wrestling. Jayce would continue wrestling at Grand Canyon University where he earned his Bachelor in Exercise Science with an emphasis in sports performance. He attended Brookline College where he received his Associates of Applied Science in Physical Therapy Assistant. In his free time, Jayce enjoys power lifting and traveling.

Rachel grew up in San Diego and Moreno Valley, California and attended Moreno Valley High School where she participated in band. Before joining the Makovicka PT team, Rachel worked as a daycare teacher for 20 years. In her free time, Rachel enjoys reading, watching movies, and working with youth groups at her church.
