Casey Buresh
Casey is originally from Fremont, Nebraska, but grew up in LaPorte, Indiana. After graduating high school, he moved to Omaha where he attended Creighton University and received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. From there, he attended Clarkson College and earned his Associate of Physical Therapist Assistant degree. Casey is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Nebraska Physical Therapy Association. In his free time, Casey enjoys playing golf and soccer and tries to incorporate these activities into patient care. He is also involved in several philanthropic groups including Mustaches for Kids Omaha and Basset and Beagle Rescue of the Heartland, for which he and his wife serve as a foster home for dogs in need.

Jason Domina
Jason was born and raised in Omaha where he attended Papillion-LaVista High School. He received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Creighton. Jason then went on to receive a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Creighton. Jason is certified in IASTM and Level 2 Functional Dry Needling.Jason is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Outside of work, he stays busy with church and serving on the road crew for his daughter’s show choir.

Andrew Joseph
Andrew was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt. He enjoyed playing soccer in high school and continued playing in college when he moved to Omaha. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in education with Summa Cum Laude honors from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He continued his studies at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, earning a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Andrew specializes in treating patients with shoulder and knee sports injuries. In his free time, Andrew enjoys running, weightlifting, playing soccer and spending time with his family.

Kaylee was born and raised in Omaha, attending Millard North High School. She then attended Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, earning a degree in Exercise Science. Kaylee was on the Track and Field team at Millard North High School and Nebraska Wesleyan. She then earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Creighton University. Kaylee is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. She enjoys running, lifting, and outdoor activities like hiking.

Chris Derozier
Chris Derozier was born and raised in Fort Lupton, Colorado. He and his family moved to Council Bluffs, Iowa in 2011. Chris then pursued his passion for helping others and attended Clarkson College where he obtained his Associates of Physical Therapist Assistant Degree. An avid cyclist, Chris has been Retul Bike Fit certified to provide the most comprehensive bike fit available.

Hadeley grew up in Fremont and attended Fremont High School where she participated in softball and track. She went on to study at Clarkson College where she earned her PTA degree. In her free time, Hadeley enjoys being outside, going to sporting events, hunting and working out.
