Jason was born in New York City, New York, and grew up in New Jersey. He attended West Windsor Plainsboro High School and was a member of the tennis team. Jason received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro University Nevada. He is certified in Level two Dry Needling and also specializes in vestibular therapy. In his free time, Jason enjoys hiking with Luna, his Belgian Malinois!

Gregg was born in Lincoln and grew up in Hastings, Nebraska. He attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Educational and Human Science. He then earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UNMC. Gregg is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). He was Clinic Director of the Makovicka/Sylliaasen Physical Therapy clinic in Waverly from June 2016 to 2018 as well as Clinic Director of Makovicka Physical Therapy clinics at West O and Aksarben from 2018 to 2019 and 2019 to 2021. Gregg is a Certified Athletic Trainer, and a member of the APTA, Orthopedic section. Gregg is also certified to treat patients with Parkinson's. Gregg is married with three children and enjoys strength training and learning strength coaching techniques in his free time.
Physical Therapist Assistant
Adam was born and raised in Norfolk, Nebraska. Adam attended Norfolk Senior High and went on to attend Northeast Community College. Adam is a member of APTA and NPTA. In his free time, Adam enjoys golfing, camping, working out and spending time with family.
Physical Therapist Assistant
Stacey was born and raised in Grand Island, Nebraska. She attended Clarkson College in Omaha where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, and a Minor in Health Care Business Management. Stacey has specialized training in Aquatic therapy, Vestibular therapy and women’s health therapy. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Nebraska Physical Therapy Association. Stacey helped develop a non-profit organization, Bikes and Trikes of Central Nebraska, that raises funds to provide adapted tricycles for children and adults who are unable to ride traditional bicycles. She is also a board member of the Southwest YMCA.
Front Desk Specialist
Heidi's family settled in Papillion, Nebraska when she was in middle school. She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Omaha with a Bachelor's degree in Communications-Broadcast News. Heidi’s goal is to make sure patients feel welcome and to answer any questions that they might have. She loves the outdoors and likes to camp and hike any chance she gets.
