Staying in the Game! Preventing and Treating Hamstring Strains and Tennis Elbow

Makovicka Physical Therapy and Nebraska Orthopaedic Center will present a free lecture to Pickleball Lincoln members and their friends and family on Friday, March 28th from 11 a.m. to noon at Speedway Sports Complex, 315 Speedway Circle.

Speakers are Matthew Freeman, M.D., Sports Medicine Surgeon from Nebraska Orthopaedic Center, and Landon Booker, PT, DPT, Board-certified Clinical Orthopaedic Specialist and Clinic Director at Makovicka Physical Therapy’s 70th & L Street clinic.

The interactive talk will provide information about some of the most common injuries plaguing pickleball players and tips for prevention, with time for questions and answers.

Refreshments (bagels, pastries, juice) and giveaways will be provided.
