Makovicka Physical Therapy is pleased to announce two recent promotions: Kellen Benes PT, DPT was promoted to clinic director in Waverly, and Marcus Palimenio PT, DPT was promoted to clinic director of the Midtown location.

Kellen was born and raised in Brainard, Nebraska. After high school, he moved to Lincoln and attended Nebraska Wesleyan where he graduated with a Bachelors’s degree in Biology. He then attended Creighton University in Omaha and earned his doctorate of physical therapy. Kellen is an APTA credentialed Clinical Instructor. He is level 1 certified in Dry Needling and certified in orthotics. Kellen is a member of the APTA.

Marcus attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha where he received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Creighton University. Marcus was born and raised in Omaha. Most recently, he worked as a Lab Tech in the research lab at Creighton, focused on neuromuscular consequences following knee arthroscopic surgery.
