Jeff Arnold Jeff was born and raised in David City, Nebraska. He moved to Lincoln, Nebraska to obtain his Bachelor’s degree at Nebraska Wesleyan University, where he was a member of the football team. He then moved to Omaha, Nebraska to attend the University of Nebraska Medical Center. There, he earned his Master and Doctorate degrees in Physical Therapy. Since then, Jeff has continued to refine his skills and has been board certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and as an American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) . In addition, he is certified as a Sportsmetrics trainer, a program proven to reduce ACL injuries. Jeff is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, The Nebraska Physical Therapy Association, and The National Strength and Conditioning Association.
