Jon was born in Omaha and raised in Papillion. Jon attended the University of Phoenix where he received an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management. He went on to attend Bellevue University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Analysis and Management. Jon joined the Makovicka Physical Therapy billing team in 2014. He was promoted to Director of Finance in 2022. Jon directs the billing staff for all of the Makovicka Physical Therapy locations.
