Trevor Bollinger
Trevor grew up in Mitchell, South Dakota. He received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from South Dakota State University. He then went on to attend the University of South Dakota where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Following graduation, Trevor moved to Papillion with his wife Amy and began practicing as a physical therapist. He is a member of the APTA as well as the neurological chapter of the APTA, and has a special interest in vestibular rehabilitation. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing and woodworking as well as spending time with his family.

Ashton Johnson
Ashton was born and raised in Cozad, Nebraska, where she attended Cozad High School and was part of the track team. She then attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training. Ashton earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Creighton University. She is married and has one son. Ashton enjoys helping on the family farm, listening to music, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and spending time with her family.

Jarad Miller
Jarad was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He continued his studies at Creighton University where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. In his free time, Jarad enjoys spending time with his wife Michelle and puppies (Maya & Vino), attending sporting events and playing golf.
