In 2015, Makovicka Physical Therapy opened its Aksarben clinic, bringing patient-centered rehabilitation care to Omaha’s Aksarben, Elmwood Park, Morton Meadows, and Field Club neighborhoods. Conveniently located at 63rd and Center, the clinic offers easy access and dedicated parking for patients.

Our Aksarben team offers expert care as part of the Occupational Health program, as well as for orthopedic rehabilitation, post surgical care, balance and fall prevention, and sports injuries.

What to Expect
Schedule
Request an appointment online or call. We will ask some questions to make your arrival as easy as possible.
Arrival
Arrive 15 minutes early. Bring your ID, insurance card, and any referral paperwork.
First Visit
Wear comfortable clothes. Plan on an hour for your evaluation. Your physical therapist will create a personal plan of care for you.
