Makovicka Physical Therapy’s Midtown location is conveniently located on the corner of 39th and Farnam, with a dedicated parking lot and ample parking spaces available. The original Midtown clinic opened in 2014; ten years later, it relocated to its current location in the Blackstone District.

Our Midtown clinic is located in the heart of the Blackstone District–a great place to visit for restaurants, breweries and sweet treats like ice cream and cookies. The location is near the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and will be on the new Omaha streetcar line (when it opens).

What to Expect
Schedule
Request an appointment online or call. We will ask some questions to make your arrival as easy as possible.
Arrival
Arrive 15 minutes early. Bring your ID, insurance card, and any referral paperwork.
First Visit
Wear comfortable clothes. Plan on an hour for your evaluation. Your physical therapist will create a personal plan of care for you.
Our experienced staff treat patients of all ages with many different orthopedic injuries–from post-surgical care, to geriatric therapy, vestibular therapy all the way to sports injuries from athletes and non-athletes alike. With convenient before and after school and work hours, you can get the rehabilitation you need with ease!
