Since 2012, Makovicka Physical Therapy’s West Omaha/Elkhorn clinic, located near 178th and Pacific Street, has delivered convenient, patient-centered rehabilitation care to a growing and vibrant area of Omaha, serving residents of Elkhorn, Millard, and west Omaha. Like all Makovicka Physical Therapy clinics, a Free Consultation is offered by appointment.

The clinic is conveniently located directly east of HyVee on 180th and Pacific, near the beautiful Pacific Springs neighborhood. The West Omaha/Elkhorn location has easy access and parking right in front of the building.

What to Expect
Schedule
Request an appointment online or call. We will ask some questions to make your arrival as easy as possible.
Arrival
Arrive 15 minutes early. Bring your ID, insurance card, and any referral paperwork.
First Visit
Wear comfortable clothes. Plan on an hour for your evaluation. Your physical therapist will create a personal plan of care for you.
The West Omaha/Elkhorn clinic offers the speciality areas of hand therapy and aquatic therapy–a warm water pool with a treadmill. The warm water immersion allows body temperature to rise, dilating blood vessels and providing a perfect environment of healing exercise and natural resistance from the water.

"I had a total knee replacement on Jan 15th. Today I met with the surgeon and am much further along than he anticipated. The staff has been great to work with. A few days after the replacement, I was heading to PT and stepped down a stair wrong, instant pain and terrified, but we decided it was best to go on in and see what they thought. They were very kind, reassuring, and calming to me. We went ahead and made some progress that day, and continued to make progress after. I also like that they emailed me the “at-home exercises “. That way, I could review the proper form and reps prior to starting.
