At this Makovicka Physical Therapy location, our therapists specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery and sports injury therapy–from blood flow restriction to the biodex machine–helping everyone from high school athletes at Lincoln Southeast High School, to weekend warriors, get back to doing what they love.

What to Expect
Schedule
Request an appointment online or call. We will ask some questions to make your arrival as easy as possible.
Arrival
Arrive 15 minutes early. Bring your ID, insurance card, and any referral paperwork.
First Visit
Wear comfortable clothes. Plan on an hour for your evaluation. Your physical therapist will create a personal plan of care for you.
Additionally, we offer a special machine called the Biodex machine, an important tool for helping evaluate return to sports, among other helpful, evidence-based decisions.
Like all Makovicka Physical Therapy locations in Lincoln, a Free Consultation is available by appointment.
