What to Expect
Schedule
Request an appointment online or call. We will ask some questions to make your arrival as easy as possible.
Arrival
Arrive 15 minutes early. Bring your ID, insurance card, and any referral paperwork.
First Visit
Wear comfortable clothes. Plan on an hour for your evaluation. Your physical therapist will create a personal plan of care for you.
In addition to the menu of rehabilitation services and modalities, including Blood Flow Restriction offered by Makovicka Physical Therapy, the Pine Lake East clinic location also offers Hand Therapy. Hand Therapy offers a wide variety of benefits for hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder injuries.
