Makovicka Physical Therapy opened its Pacific @ 119th clinic in 2019 to help fill the gap of outpatient physical therapy clinics in central Omaha. Located directly west of an iconic Omaha restaurant–Big Fred’s Pizza, and to the south of Saint Robert’s Bellarmine Church and School, the location has easy access with dedicated parking.

A unique way to find our Pacific @ 119th clinic is the big flag flying from the flag pole that is visible in most directions. The clinic staff receive a lot of comments about the flag, and it has turned into a conversation point as well as a noted landmark at the intersection of 120th and Pacific.
The clinic offers comprehensive rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, dry needling, vestibular therapy, and more. Each patient receives a customized plan of care personalized to their own goals with clear milestones and open communication.

Request an appointment online or call. We will ask some questions to make your arrival as easy as possible.
Arrival
Arrive 15 minutes early. Bring your ID, insurance card, and any referral paperwork.
First Visit
Wear comfortable clothes. Plan on an hour for your evaluation. Your physical therapist will create a personal plan of care for you.
Makovicka Physical Therapy staff from the Pacific @ 119th Street clinic can often be found volunteering at Saint Robert Bellarmine church, whether weekly watering in the arboretium over the lunch hour, or laying mulch or helping with clean up on a weekend. The partnership formed with the parish is important and fulfilling to all involved.
