Congratulations to Lauren Watson, PT, DPT, OCS, Director of Operations, for being selected to receive the Midlands Business Journal 40 Under 40 Award! This highly competitive award is based not only on being a leader in the industry but also on being actively involved in the community. Lauren recognizes the need for the field of physical therapy to become more diverse. She is a founding member of the Nebraska Physical Therapy Association’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, as well as the Practice Management Committee. Lauren is actively involved in the community with Girl’s Inc. and Partnership 4 Kids. She actively recruits new volunteers for underprivileged students in the OPS system. As a result of her community involvement, Lauren was nominated, and selected, to receive the prestigious Midlands Business Journal 40 Under 40 Award in 2022. Congratulations!
