Makovicka Physical Therapy is pleased to announce its newest clinic opened in Lincoln on February 5, 2018. The physical therapy clinic is Makovicka’s third location in Lincoln, and is located near the corner of 70th and L Street, just south of O. As with all ten existing clinics, this location will be staffed with board certified orthopedic specialists who have advanced training and skills to maximize recovery and get patients back in the game—whatever that may be.
The clinic director is Chris Cameron, PT, DPT, OCS, and he is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Nebraska Physical Therapy Association.
The 70th & L clinic offers: advanced treatment techniques in Functional Dry Needling TM, instrumental-assisted soft tissue mobilization (Graston Technique) and vestibular and balance rehabilitation.
Clinic hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Makovicka Physical Therapy accepts all major insurance plans, and is recognized as a Tier 1/Select provider for all Blue Cross Blue Shield policy holders.
It’s important to know that with the recent announcements of large national companies purchasing or partnering with local physical therapy companies, Makovicka Physical Therapy remains locally owned and operated, with many convenient locations in Omaha and Lincoln. As leaders in our profession and our communities, we remain focused on forging relationships with patients and advocating for their care.
