Clinic Director

Lauren was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. Following high school, Lauren went to Truman State University where she received her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. She then attended Creighton ...University where she obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Lauren is a board certified orthopedic specialist after completing a residency with Evidence in Motion, and she's a current member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Landon Booker PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Landon Booker was born and raised in North Platte, Nebraska. He received a bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Exercise, and Health Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Landon then ...attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center receiving his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with high distinction. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association with experience training both athletes and non-athletes for rehabilitation as well as performance goals.

Chris Derozier PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Chris Derozier was born and raised in Fort Lupton, Colorado. He and his family moved to Council Bluffs, Iowa in 2011. Chris then pursued his passion for helping ...others and attended Clarkson College where he obtained his Associates of Physical Therapist Assistant Degree. An avid cyclist, Chris is able to perform custom bike fitting.

Kendy Butterfield is originally from Winner, SD and now lives in Plattsmouth, NE. She received a degree in Applied Science from Clarkson College where she was a member of ...the first accredited graduating class. She is a licensed physical therapist assistant and also works as a PTA in long-term care settings. She is a member of the Accreditation Committee of the APTA and serves as the PTA clinician for the national PTA accreditation program.
